Easy Turmeric Elixir Recipe
Enjoy the golden goodness of turmeric with a delicious Turmeric Elixir. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or grated fresh turmeric)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • A pinch of black pepper (enhances curcumin absorption)

Instructions:

  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.

  • Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper to the milk.

  • Stir well to combine and allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.

  • Remove from heat and sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.

  • Strain the elixir to remove any residue, if desired.

  • Pour into your favorite mug.
