We are not separate from our environment, it is meshed into the fabric of our bodies, our health is a reflection of the health of our environment.

WHY

Recent studies show that the microbiome that exists in our bodies is one of the biggest determinants of a healthy long life. We know that our own microbiome reflects the microbiome in the soil around us. As we denude the soil with mono-crops and industrial farming techniques we are stripping our bodies of essential microbes. We know that spending time in nature has a positive effect on our immune system and nervous system. It can be treated like a medicine and most of us could do with more of it.

HOW

Simple ways towards a better environment 

  • Stop or reduce the amount of meat you eat.

  • Start using non renewable forms of energy.

  • Plant trees and other greenery everywhere possible.

  • Shop locally and support regenerative farming.

  • Avoid where possible buying of plastic goods.

  • Put pressure on local authorities to increase green spaces and plant more trees.

  • Use new eco friendly technology like the new search engine Ecosia.

  • Spend more time in nature whenever you can.
