We know that our own microbiome reflects the microbiome in the soil around us. As we denude the soil with mono-crops and industrial farming techniques we are stripping our bodies of essential microbes. We know that spending time in nature has a positive effect on our immune system and nervous system. It can be treated like a medicine and most of us could do with more of it.

Simple ways towards a better environment
Stop or reduce the amount of meat you eat.
Start using non renewable forms of energy.
Plant trees and other greenery everywhere possible.
Shop locally and support regenerative farming.
Avoid where possible buying of plastic goods.
Put pressure on local authorities to increase green spaces and plant more trees.
